World Overview
First I will start with a bit of information on what the world is like. This is the world of Vithay. A strange and ancient land that exists beyond the relms of Primes. The Primes are the realities your kind would call home.
Vithay was created by the Powers that Be to serve a grand purpose. It is hear that the great seal lays. A seal that is meant to hold the evils of the plains of existance. When a group of greater powers cast down one of the horrors that can destry worlds, it is here that they pass threw to the relm of enprisonment. It is not really a suprize you have never heard of it. Even the existance of Vithay is a guarded secret that has been protected by the most powerful of enchantments.
The world of Vithay itself is odd in that its shape is that of a coin. Not the sphere that is so commen amoung the Primes. Due to its nature and creation it is saturated by the essenance of what some would call magic. This is the most evident during the darker cycles as the very air is filled with the glowing trails of essence. Like a living aroura that has rivers and tides. It even affects the weather system of the planet. Some might even say it is the weather on this land.
A closer look would reveil that there is actually many kinds of essence. From the elemental essence to the essence of living things and the essence of undeath. Where they touch, the lands react by enhancing the essence within its own unique ecologies. Essence of water may shape the rivers as the essence of earth rises great mountain chains. The life essence often results in areas of insane growth in plant and animal. And the lands of the dead can be very real to those that live within the reach of undeath essance. Most lands have a many of kinds of essance that flow threw them and a kind of balance has taken hold. Other areas have fewer kinds of essance and show the results.
